​Mid-Level Manager Coaching
New managers are often targeted with training programs to teach the basics, however, noticing an organizational gap for mid-level managers I created a coaching program that teaches the foundational coaching concepts to unlock the hidden potential in employees.

Entry Level Employee Program
​
A 24 month program for high potential entry level employees can increase engagement, retention and the employee experience. The program runs every other month with some sessions being live and some being self-guided. Employees are matched with a mentor and throughout the program complete practical activities to up-level their skills and provide them the self awareness to be successful.

Documentation Program
Proactively developed a program to create, manage and audit a common documentation platform for the organization. Successfully handed off the program and coached the program manager to a successful launch.

​Each department was responsible to collect and post documents with a quarterly audit process put in place. Teams also upload their monthly webinars, training materials & introduction videos.​




 Culture Development
Addressing cultural problems in an organization can be challenging and require a lot of hands-on work. Employee engagement surveys often times fall flat as they lack specific information, aren't solution oriented and don't individualize the experience to the employee. In 2018, I created a series of workshops after  results of an engagement survey and revamped the organizational culture starting with our Golden Rules. 

Not only did employees have the change to identify solutions and initiatives they would like to see within the business but each employee took away a post-it with one thing they will do differently to support this new culture starting today. 

Management was briefed, trained and held monthly meetings to discuss results and actions towards the new culture and way of life.

To re-humanize the workforce, we need to define the criteria that we hold each other accountable to. The following year surveys showed significant improvement and retention increased.

​NEXT Career Boot Camp
Launched the very first NEXT Career Boot Camp which has been successfully running for a decade with program owners empowered to change the content yearly to meet needs of the employee resource group. 

The very first boot camp featured weekly meetings and worksheets for career mind mapping, career road mapping, personal SWOT analysis, feedback, 90 day focus maps and a personality test. Each year, I provide coaching to the leaders to determine the content and guest speak.
