Building World Class Culture Requires each employee to buy in and be proactive. I provide opportunities to lead team building events and each month we celebrate different diversity events at our staff meetings. Moreover, I like to host optional learning sessions where team mates share what they are learning this month/quarter (does not have to be work related) and also public speaking table topic events.
