A way to increase ownership culture and professional development is to share processes amongst the team and provide coaching on the programs.

Employees and managers score their competency in their job functions and then compare notes. This is done across the team to find gaps and development areas.

to hold employee growth and development talks and collect feedback for all members of the team (with their consent).

Developing High Performing Teams
By providing customized training such as this one on robust dialogue. My favorite part of this training is setting a clear purpose for every meeting and closing it out with clear actions at the end.

Building World Class Culture
Requires each employee to buy in and be proactive. I provide opportunities to lead team building events and each month we celebrate different diversity events at our staff meetings.​ Moreover, I like to host optional learning sessions where team mates share what they are learning this month/quarter (does not have to be work related) and also public speaking table topic events.
